clean toilet and tub, clean sheets, convenient parking
Facilities in dire need of updates!!! The exterior air conditioning unit is filthy, carpets stained, and WiFi nonexistent!!! Steps to the third floor are treacherous and uneven, which is a liability!!! A far better experience awaits just down the street!!!

The room was clean and spacious, but the parking situation was a real hassle. WiFi connection was frustrating too.

The stay at Empress Inn offered a clean room that was comfortable for the family, along with great value. The bathroom looked newly renovated, and the bed was really comfortable with nice pillows. However, I had a frustrating experience regarding my cash deposit. It took some time to address this issue, and the staff seemed dismissive at first. Luckily, I was able to resolve it in the end and got my money back, but the hassle was unnecessary. The location was excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and various attractions, which made our trip enjoyable despite the problems. I appreciated the cleanliness, but the handling of the deposit issue left a bad taste.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn, especially with its close location to the falls. The kids loved exploring the area and we also took advantage of the nearby water adventures. Plus, the room for our large family was spacious and comfortable.
My children wished there were better cleanliness standards.

A Convenient Stay with Great Proximity to Attractions
I enjoyed the short walk to Clifton Hill, which made exploring Niagara Falls a breeze! The fridge in our room kept our snacks fresh, and though the bathroom needed some updating, the overall experience was pleasant. Pro tip, Bring earplugs for a quieter night.

Had a great stay at Empress Inn And Suites By The Falls! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the attractions. Our Queen Room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the private balcony where we could relax. The air conditioning worked well, and it was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room.
Parking was a bit of a hassle.

Had a great time with my friends here! We loved the spacious room and the short walk to the falls. Enjoyed sailing nearby and the water adventures were a blast! Just a heads up, parking was a bit tricky on weekends, so plan accordingly. Overall, good experience and would definitely recommend to others!
The WiFi connection was frustrating. we had to keep entering the password. It made streaming a bit hectic. The noise from other rooms could also be an issue if you're looking for a quiet stay.

Our quick stay was fine. the AC and fridge worked great, but watch out for the questionable bed comfort and slow WiFi that needs an upgrade.

The cleanliness of the room was commendable, with tidy accommodations and the convenience of both a mini fridge and microwave. However, the noisy air conditioning unit impacted our comfort. The mattress was quite firm, which might not suit everyone's preference, and the WiFi connection was tedious, requiring constant re-entry of the password.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend vacation in Niagara Falls with great value for money. The front desk staff, while a bit rough around the edges, eventually provided me with the receipt for my parking after multiple requests, so keep an eye on receipts. Consider confirming amenities before checking in to avoid surprises.

great room but breakfast could be better
The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to switch from an awful room to a much nicer, cleaner one. I appreciated the cleanliness and freshness of the newer room which made my stay much more pleasant. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants, which really enhanced my overall experience.
Breakfast was not included, which I found disappointing.
